I am writing to report an issue I am currently facing, not only with accessing images in the Knowledge Items section of our GLPI system, but also with images in tickets.
Description of the Problem:
After upgrading my GLPI from version 9.x to 10.0.7, I encountered difficulties with viewing images not only in the Knowledge Items section but also in tickets. The images appear as links, and I can only view them after clicking on them.
Steps to Reproduce:
Log in to GLPI with appropriate credentials.
Navigate to the Knowledge Items section.
Open any knowledge item that includes images or thumbnails.
Similarly, open any ticket that includes images or thumbnails.
Expected Behavior:
I should be able to view the images seamlessly within the knowledge items and tickets.
Actual Behavior:
Instead of displaying the images, the system either shows a broken image placeholder or indicates that the image is not available.
Additional Information:
This issue is not limited to the knowledge items section; it also affects images in tickets.
The problem persists across multiple users and different web browsers.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
To troubleshoot this issue, I have checked the file paths for the images in the knowledge items and tickets. However, the paths seem to be correct, and the images are present in the designated "files" directory within the GLPI installation.
Please let me know if there are any specific logs or configuration files you require to further investigate the issue. As access to images is crucial for our team's understanding of the knowledge base and ticket-related information, resolving this problem is of utmost importance.

Additionally, I noticed that the link to attachments was also lost after upgrading GLPI to version 10.0.7. In addition to images not being displayed correctly, the links to attachments in both tickets and knowledge items are not working.
I apologize for not mentioning this issue earlier. It is important to note that the lack of access to attachments can hinder our work and the analysis of information in tickets and knowledge items.

Did you changed the URL of your GLPI (for instance http://domain/glpi/ -> http://domain/)?
This case is fixed by https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi/pull/15349
