[10.0.7] Sending notifications to the ID?

Hi

I noticed a lot of emails in the notification queue. Users receive notifications and they are addressed to their e-mail addresses - OK. But I noticed that there are a lot of notifications left in the queue, the recipient of which is the number. What could it be?

these notifcations are displayed from user browser.
if pop up windows are not allowed on user browser (or user not logged in), notification can't be sent

@LaDenrée I was thinking about that too. However, I wonder the "queuednotificationclean" action cleans only from the trash bin, only from the queue, or both the trash bin and the queue?
