User tag with @ for notification

Hello,
when i want to mention users for send notification i notice a strange behaviour.
Sometimes the tag after add the comment is interagible ( green ) so the notification will be sent.
Sometimes the tag is just grey an no notification will be sent.

What is the correct way to insert user with @ ?

GLPI 10.0.5 on premise installation.

Hi miccia,
I have today the same problem with mentioned user in notifications (@username). GLPI 10.0.5

It seems to be due to a "space" character automatically added after the @username.
1/ If this space is kept, the tag will be grey, not clickable and not functionnal (no notification will be sent).
2/ If this space is deleted, the tag will be blue, clickable and functionnal (notification will be sent). You can then enter your own space character if need to finish your comment.

This is only a workaround solution. I've yet not found anything else.
Since your post, did you find someting else ?

this work well in 10.0.9 unless the notification message is not too long.
patch for long mention notifications is already available and will be distributed with 10.0.10
