GLPI Status menu can be disable?

Hi, sir

Its possible to disable this sir? I hope you can help this?

Example is i'm using technician a user then im done creating ticket. After that i want to use in
status ticket if its on-process or pending right?

If you edit the profile setting for: Update a ticket to no - they will have that disabled.

Hi,
I have a similar request to disable the technician from changing only the "Status". The reason is we want to ensure the technician posts a "Solution" to trigger the status change to "Solved" instead of manually changing the "Status" to "Solved". But the technician should still allow changing other fields in the ticket.

If I disable the "Update" permission from the ticket, all other fields are also disabled.

glpi version ?
using glpi's recent versions and plugin behaviors give you a newsetting : allow to solve ticket without description. this should answer your needs

Setting the status field as hidden in the ticket template is not enough for you?
