Hello everyone,
I am reaching out to seek your expertise in resolving an issue I am encountering while importing new users via LDAP into my GLPI 9.4.5 instance on a Linux Rocky 9 system.
Here is a summary of the situation:
I have installed GLPI on a new server and imported the old SQL database from the previous GLPI server.
We have changed the Active Directory (AD), so I have configured the new LDAP on the new GLPI server. Please note that the domain name has changed between the two ADs.
When I attempt to import new users from the new LDAP, I receive the following error message:
Operation failed
(0 permission issues, 1 failure)
useremail@domain.com : Error executing action
I can access the different users from the AD through the interface to import them, but it is during the import process that I encounter this error message.
I am trying to diagnose the cause of this error to resolve it effectively. However, I have been unable to find the specific failure message in the usual log files such as /glpi/files/_log/php-errors.log and sql-errors.log.
I have already conducted online research, but I have not found a satisfactory solution to address this specific problem.
I would like to know where I can find the specific failure message to better diagnose the issue.
If any of you have encountered a similar situation or have knowledge about this problem, I would be grateful for any assistance you can provide.
Thank you in advance for your help and advice.
