Task Not Running Despite Forcing It

I am writing to seek assistance with a problem I am facing regarding a task that fails to execute, even after forcing it manually. I have followed the necessary steps to set up the task, including the installation of fusioninventory-agent,  glpi-agent and I have confirmed that the cron is properly configured. However, the task is not running as expected.

Do you have them set as CLI?

If you mean glpi agent then yes, but i didnt setup any other kind of CLI
