Hi,
One of our user can't login. "Invalid Credential" in login page.
The user enter the right password ofc.
Do you have any idea how i can catch whatever error ? I looked in php, glpi, apache log but i can't find anything.
The AD sync work like a charm, i even tried to create new ad user and login GLPI, it works.
The user also tried to change his password but it doesn't change anything.
I also tried to delete the user and remove it from the trash.
Thank your for your help.

First of all, delete the user (from trash too).
Now administration -> users -> LDAP directory link -> Import new users
Press search.
Is the user with problem inside that list?

Hi, yes i asked user to change his browser and try in safe mode too. It doesn't seem to be a browser issue.
We run on 9.5.9 version of GLPI. With PHP 8.0.

Maybe upgrade?
Delete his glpi acccount and than do a sync with ldap.

Weird. I had a problem with one AD account, but it was enough to delete it in GLPI. I don't know exactly how it works for you. I don't create accounts manualy. They are created automatically when the user logs in. Maybe you have something set wrong in the rules. There are plenty of places to dig up. I'm not even sure what it means that he's definitely entering the correct password - he says so, or did you check it yourself? I already know situations "password is definitely good", and when I checked it... it is not.

GLPi sadly is broken more after mroe patches.
We need even after updates login to local glpi admin and refresh ldap connection every time since 10.0.0 update.
Do you know maybe how to fix mailgate and queuednotifications with cron?

Aha, I hope he enter the right right password but i didn't check it he swear me. I think im gonna set a new password myself and test it, to be sure..
Me neither i do not create manually users, the profiles are created once they log in for the first time.

Ok, guys.
Internal communication is the key. The user as a different computer configuration. The computer is not domain joined, and he tried to enter the Windows login..
The user acces to our local ressource through our VPN which are linked to our AD and it was these credentials he has to use to connect in GLPI.
Dumb me.
Anyway thank you for your help and sorry for the waste of time.
Bye
