Notification when license expire

Hi guys,

I was thinking how I use the "software" automatic action, because it verifies when a license is expired but, I don't know where it send a warning, if it's a admin e-mail... Can somebody know this?

I have the same doubt, I have configured everything as it should be correctly for the notifications to work but I dont receive anything by email. Pls, if someone knows what has to be done to make it work, tell me.

Check the configured notifications in Setup > Notifications > Notifications. The recipients are listed/configured on the Recipients tab.

Thanks for the anwser cconard96, sorry for my late response.

I've configured a group to receive the 'Software Licenses' notifications, but, when I execute the "software" action, nothing happens, even nothing appears on the notification queue.
And, obviously, there is some licenses expired for this test...

Do you know where I'm failing?
