Hi,
We have notifications by email configured and working.
There is one scenario I'm having dificulties: if a ticket is in Pending, when the user replies there is no notification to the ticket assigned technician. I only see I can enable notifications for all followups or for none.
Is there any way we could have notifications on user followup only if he is replying to a pending ticket?

Not currently. In GLPI 10.1, you will have the ability to filter notifications based on certain criteria using the existing search options so you needs should be covered by that.
