Tags Plugin not working for GLP 10.0.x
Installed Tag plugin but it is not showing the save and associate with entity option.

I don't have that information, but the patch is small enough you could apply it manually if needed. See the Files Changed tab to view the changes or add ".patch" to the URL for the patch file.
