(RESOLVED) Rules for "Changes" and "Problems"

Hi everyone,

I was trying to find out if it's possible to create rules for "Changes" and "Problems", like the rules for the "Tickets", to update fields automatically. I've searched in the forum and in other places but I couldn't find this espefically. GLPI has it by default?

Changes and Problems do not have business rules support in GLPI 10. Good news though, this is coming in GLPI 10.1.
