Please help with how to add custom fields in ticket template in GLPI 10.0.7 version.
I have added "additional fields" plugin and created a new block and added fields to the block, but still not able to see that field in ticket template.

I don't see any indication that the Fields plugin does this or that GLPI itself allows extending the list of fields like that.
Each fields block should have its own permissions which can control visibility. It isn't a replacement for the Forms plugin though which lets you make more advanced custom ticket forms.
