Hello, is it possible to see all tasks assigned in incidents to my self (or other users)?
Now I need to open all open incidents and check is there any tasks assign to me.

I think you can create a saved search to at least see all tickets that have TODO tasks assigned to you.
Starting with the default Status is Not Solved search, add a Group and then inside that group add criteria for Tasks - Assigned Technician is Myself and then Tasks - Status is TODO.
Then, click the star button to save the search.
You can recall this search then by clicking the Lists button at the top of the Ticket search results page.
