I am using GLPI 10.0.7 .
I would like to create a ticket from a project task. This works very well. The name of the project task is automatically copied to the ticket. But I need special ticket templates for tickets created from project tasks. How can I control that a special ticket template is used when creating tickets from project tasks?
I have seen that the project task ID is passed as $_GET parameter during creation. Can I use this reference to transfer more data from the project task to the ticket? If yes, how? I have not found anything in the documentation
