Hello all,
is it possible to create a follow up or an update to an existing ticket (ticket number) by mail?
Cause: Most tickets are going into system by mail -> requester gets a notification of this creation with ticket ID and so on -> requester likes to update ticket by answering to this notification.
If not possible, my it possible to merge tickets?
