GLPI Integration with Microsoft Teams

Good morning,

I'm trying to integrate GLPI with Teams where I would make the opening call through Teams, receive it in GLPI and there I would return the opening call and the follow-ups, I've been researching a lot about this and saw a lot that needed to be integrated with Azure and Power Apps, however I'm kind of lost in this process and would like to know if anyone has done this and how they did it.

Hello, i'm also working on this, i manage to have GLPI running as an app (a few months ago) then, i think i got a problem with SSO wich cause it do don't work anymore. Did you find a way to make it work ?
