First tile - Tickets. At the moment, I see, for example, 4 on it. But when I click on it, I only see 3 - "Not solved".
1. Why doesn't the tile also show 3 if it's for unresolved issues?
2. All in all, I'd like to have a tile that would actually display and count all tickets at once. So in this case - the number 4 and after clicking I see all 4 tickets. I know that I can change it in the search filter, but I have to do it every time, or I have to save such a filter.
3. Sometimes it shows the wrong number of entries. I have two groups. Each has its own profile with permission "see group tickets". Despite assigning a ticket to group A, group B sees this ticket on the counter. Group B does not see the ticket itself - no permissions. After refreshing the page a few times (e.g. switching to another one and returning to the tickets) - the number is displayed correctly.

I'm not sure about point number 3 - I haven't noticed the changing numbering at the moment.
However, as for the discrepancy between the displayed number and what is actually seen - it looks that the first tile is linked to a search defined as default. I can define my own searches, mark one of them as default and then - the number shows the number of all tickets for the account, while the list will only show tickets that are returned as a result of the set search. A bit obscure but comfortable
