Hello everyone,
I was wondering if there is any way to login to GLPI with a x.509 Smartcard?
The x.509 certififcate from our CA is imported in the Smartcard.
Thanks in advance!

Hello,
I don't know this part of GLPI that well, but there is a way to configure x509 authentication in Setup > Authentication > Other authentication methods.

Hello cconard96,
thanks for the answer.
So in order to implement the x509 authentication I'm in need of a CAS-Server right?

No, I don't think so. They are different types of external authentication.

Thank you, unfortunately the documentation doesn't help me as there is no description on how to use smartcards (if possible)
Does anyone else know how to do smartcard based authentication in GLPI?
