Notification not working please Help ..

Hi guys i have Glpi 9.2  i have a probelem with notification :

Way of sending emails : SMTP+TLS   

Check certificate : No   
SMTP host    :smtp.office365.com
Port    :587
SMTP login (optional):    My email
SMTP password (optional):   
Email sender : MLy email    

Failed to send test email to administrator
