UCS synchronization with GLPI

I am trying to sync glpi with the AD but it has been unsuccessful. All the tests I do come out failed, could someone help me to achieve this?

Name    aligo.corp
Default Server    Yes
Active     Yes
Server     192.168.4.13
Port (default=389)     389
Connection Filter     (&(objectCategory=person)(objectclass=user))
BaseDN    dc=aligo,dc=corp
Use Bind (for non-anonymous binds)      Yes
RootDN (for non anonymous binds)    uid=ldapsearch,cn=users,dc=aligo,dc=corp

Login Field           samaccountname
Synchronization field           objectguid

I appreciate anyone who can help me

Does the RootDN match the user's distinguishedName attribute exactly? For me, the DNs are formatted with a "cn" rather than an "uid".
For example, "CN=GLPI GLPI,CN=Users,DC=example,DC=local"

The version I use is 10.0.7

I have something that is giving me the successful test but when importing the users it tells me that there are none.

This is the configuration:

Name aligo.corp
Default server Yes
active yes
Server 192.168.4.13
Port (default=389) 389
Connection filter (&(objectCategory=person)(objectclass=user))
BaseDN dc=aligo,dc=corp
Use Bind (for non-anonymous links) No

login field  samaccountname
sync field  objectguid

The main change is that of Use Bind in No and in Advanced information Use TLS= NO
As I show it, it gives me a successful test but no user matters
