Hi everyone, I'm kind of new to GLPI, and I've been experiencing a problem for the past three days. I'm looking for a notification when someone sends a message in the ticket chat. However, when I check the notification parameters, I don't see any events that correspond to my needs. Is there a hidden option or anything I'm missing? My notifications are working fine because I already receive emails when the ticket is opened, closed, or assigned to a technician.

You are looking for the Add Followup and Add Task notifications in Setup > Notifications > Notifications.
