Problem when upgrading from 9.5.1 to version 10

I started an upgrade from version 9.5.1 to version 10.07 and during the database upgrade procedures it gives me an error:

Building inline images data in glpi_documents_items

PHP Error (1): Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7282600 bytes) in /var/www/html/glpi/src/DBmysql.php at line 363

The error happens even if I set PHP's memory_limit at -1.

Using the command line the error is the same without any more data or detailed info.

Hardware is:

AWS EC2 t3 medium instance and database is MariaDB under AWS RDS.

Please let me know if you can help me.

Have you tried increasing memory_limit in php.ini?
