Hi,
Is there a way to allow users see tickets only in few ticket categories?
As example:
User A sees all the tickets in categories MailServer and NetworkPrinting
User B sees all the tickets in categories NetworkPrinting and Phones, but doesn't see MailServer
User C sees everything etc
