Hi.
I can't catch it, and due to my poor language skills, I may have trouble explaining it.
SCENARIO:
I have 3 users (same entity).
One is regular (U), the other is group A support, the third is group B support.
U sends a ticket to support group A (observer). So the support user from group A should see it, but not from B.
I thought I'd create 1 "support" profile. Then in the automatic rules I will set that if the user is a member of group A or B - assign him to the "support" profile. The problem is that both users can see all the submissions.
A support user from group B stops seeing a ticket when it is assigned to a support user from group A.
Profile permissions:
SEE MY TICKET: YES
UPDATE: YES
CREATE: YES
DELETE: NO
PURGE: YES
SEE GROUP TICKET: NO
SEE ALL TICKETS: NO
SEE ASSIGNED: YES
ASSIGN: YES
STEAL: YES
BEEING IN CHARGE: YES
CHANGE THE PRIORITY: YES
APPROVE SOLUTION/REPLY SURVEY (MY TICKET): YES
WHAT I EXPECT:
If the ticket was submitted to A and B is neither listed as a observer nor as assigned - then he doesn't see the ticket until someone adds B (as a user or his group) as a observer or assigned.
What I'm doing wrong?
What do I misunderstand?
