A very nice tool. Unfortunately, I tend to create complex forms. Not all answers to the questions are relevant to the person handling the request. In some of them, I ask only to determine to whom the ticket should be assigned.
Unfortunately, answers to all questions are sent by e-mail. It would be great if for set whether question should be sent by e-mail or not. With this option, you can limit the sent form content to only the relevant information.

Can you tell the type of email notification ? I gues this is a ticket notification, am I right ?

Hi btry. Yes I mean notifications where the content of the form is sent... OK now i see that it is possible :-D
I shouldn't use ##FULLFORM## but ##question_1## ....

I'm not sure this is relevant for you : the tag ##FULLFORM## can handle questions hidden by a condition. Conditions allow the form designer (you ?) to configure how sections or questions are visible depending on the inputs dont in other questions of the form.

Yes, I just noticed that. I can format the way of presenting the data, but I would have to insert all the answers, because I do not know what conditions the user has met. And with a full form, it displays only the ones that it responded to, but not all of them I would like to submit for the ticket.

Showing hidden questions is meaningless in the generated ticket, then ##FULLFORM## does not render them. It is based in the conditions defining the visibility of questions.
If you want to insert a specific content in the generated ticket you may use a question of type "hidden", or put the specific content in the template of the target ticket.
