Switch keeps changing/disappearing

All,

We have a Cisco switch that inventories perfectly fine on command line (gulp-inventory), however, once the inventory task is triggered from GLPI all information disappears. I thought the queries triggered by the task from the GUI are identical to the command line command or am I missing something?

you're surely missing something.

Do you always run netdiscovery task before running netinventory one ?
