Users disappearing from list in Users tab

Hi!

I have a problem where some users simply disappear and it is not possible to search for them when opening the ticket or in the Users tab. Looking in the database, the user is correctly registered and if I try to create a new user with the same name, it says that it already exists.

I'm accessing with the Super-Admin profile to do the research.

My GLPI is on 10.0.6
