Microsoft Core based license management

Hi,
Some of the Microsoft server products licenses are based on the host processor cores, it also sells in 2 cores pack.
e.g. Microsoft Windows Server & SQL Server

We like to use GLPI to track the purchase and control the inventory and usage of the licenses.

1. How can we assign multiple licenses (3 x dual cores license) to a single computer?

2. Same for the Windows Server OS, how do we manage the license of the Server Operating System?
