We loose all we wrote into tickets replies when session expire

Hello,

very often we lose everything we wrote in a reply to a ticket because the session expires for the page that for various reasons may have been open for some time.

Would it be possible to auto-refresh the page or even better warn that the page is out of date before letting write an answer?
