Profiles (D=Dynamic, R=Recursive)

I've seen the topic already discussed elsewhere.
But I think I didn't understand the difference clearly.
In some cases the profile is not declared either as D or as R.
And, again, how is it possible to subsequently change the profile from/to D/A/NONE?
Kind regards.

Re: Profiles (D=Dynamic, R=Recursive)

Dynamic - Profile was added by authorization assignment rules. If this is missing, it means the profile was likely manually assigned.
Recursive - The profile is given to the user in a specific entity and all child entities. If this is missing it means the profile is given to the user for the specific entity only.

You cannot change/set the dynamic flag at all manually and the recursive flag can only be chosen when you assign the profile.
