How To Change Email Follow Up Template

I want to change email follow up template which sends email like

-=-=-=-=- To answer email write, write above this line -=-=-=-=-=

or for example I don't want it to write [GLPI #0000014] on ticket subject, I want to remove GLPI from there.

how can I change email subject and email body completely ?

as I understood it can be changed from /glpi/src/NotificationTargetTicket.php

I changed the line of $perso_tag = 'GLPI' with our company name and it worked. now mail header is [Company Name #0000000]

I don't know if its allowed to answer your own question but may it help someone in future

There is a quick tutorial.. the only "issue" is that the tutorial is in Spanish, but you can use Google Translator and check it
