Display ticket-status bar on top

Hello there,

when I'm logged in with my Super-Admin account, I can see a colored bar at the top of "Helpdesk -> Tickets" site with the status of the tickets.
It shows tickets, incoming tickets, assigned tickets,.... in different colors (green, yellow,....).

I created new profiles and users.
Where do I add that bar to profiles to be shown?

Hello,

Edit YOUR_PROFILE in Menu Administration -> Profiles. Next on Setup find All dashboards, check at least Read right.
