error installation glpi 10.0.7

Good morning
I have an error message when installing the latest version of glpi10.0.7

Application dependencies are not up to date.
Run "php bin/console dependencies install" in the glpi tree to fix this.

although I downloaded the good one .tgz on the following link
glpi-project.org/downloads/
the size is 192MB

That message should not be showing for that download since it is the release version and not the source code. Can you check the permissions on the GLPI folders to make sure the web server user account can read them? Specifically for this error, it needs to be able to read the vendor/autoload.php file.
