Hello everyone,
our file pluginFusioninventory-rules.log has grown to about 280GB.
We migrated from FusionInventory to the GLPI Inventory around December last year.
Tailing the pluginFusioninventory-rules.log returns following output: gist.github.com/t0rb3n/e9feb9735e1f14c9de44e0c31299f3f3
It seems the last write to this file was half a year before we switched. So to me it seems this log file isn't really necessary.
But thats just my limited knowledge.
So is it safe to delete this file or may this result in data loss about the history of assets?
Thank you very much in regards.

Hi GoldfischMann,
this kind of file is created when debug is enabled in FusionInventory plugin. It's purpose is to help understand a problem.
As last line is from 6 months ago, this means you probably disabled the debugging 6 months ago.
Anyway don't worry, you can safely delete the file if you don't have a FI rule problem to debug.

Hi gbougard,
thank you very much for your answer.
Short followup question:
If we don't use FusionInventory anymore, do we still need all the pluginFusioninventory-dialXXXX.log or can they theoretically be deleted as well?
Thank you very much for your help!
