Problem with users synced from LDAP

Hello,

I have noticed a weird problem with users synced from LDAP but never logged in. I can see them in Administration -> Users and they are "checked" as active. When those users send an email to GLPI they never get a notification for that and when somebody answers them they never get a notification about followups. Although GLPI recognizes the users (automatically assigning the correct name based on the email address) no notification goes out. As soon as one of those users logs in once, the problem disappears and the user gets all notifications intended for him. The problem does not occur with unknown users. They receive notifications without any problems (Allow anonymous ticket creation + Allow anonymous followups (receiver) -> Yes).
We would like that all users registered in the GLPI receive notifications, even though they have never logged in to the GLPI. Does anyone know a solution for this problem?

GLPI version: 10.0.7
Users were synchronized / imported via console ldap:sync.

I'm assuming that the users have no profile and therefore no entity assigned until they log in and the Authorization Assignments Rules have a chance to run and assign the default profile. You could avoid that by manually adding the required profiles after users are imported. I do not know another way to trigger these rules. As far as I can tell, the import and sync process doesn't trigger them.
