Error creating users

Good morning, what happened is that I have a problem with glpi, when I create the users as SuperAdmin then I can't see them and I get an alert that says I don't have permissions, but it does create the users in the database.

So I don't know how to create new users?

Which version of GLPI are you using?
If using 10.0.2 or higher, please check if there are more details in the "files/_log/access-errors.log" file.
