Error import LDAP , operation failed

Hello,

I have been using GLPI for several months now and I have never had any concerns about my LDAP directory (I use Active Directory)

But now that I want to import new users, he found it, but doesn’t want to import them
I have the error "Operation failed" (0 problems of right, 1 failure)  xxxxxxxxxx: Error when executing the action

I get the same error when I want to sync already imported users.

I looked in my log file on GLPI, nothing, as well as in my log file/glpi/_log/php-errors.log

I didn’t get more help than that by watching in the forum ...
