I'm setting up a new GLPI which currently only has a basic setup (users and groups, but no assets, no tickets etc.)
I've written Knowledge Base articles to encourage adoption, and I want to put them in categories to make them easier to find (e.g. virtual_machines, passwords, firewalls).
However typing these tags into the "Knowledge base categories" box shows "No results found", with no option to create one, and I can't see where to go to do this.
How do I create new custom categories for my Knowledge Base articles?

For me the easiest way is from front/knowbaseitem.php > ADD > next to the field "Knowledge base categories" I press the plus sign.
But you can also here: front/knowbaseitemcategory.php
