I'm trying to setup the client view of helpdesk (if possible). We would like a page where our clients can create tickets and view progress of their existing tickets. Is this something thats possible? I've created a group with the simplified interference and have checked off the "Allow anonymous followups (receiver)" as well as "Allow anonymous ticket creation (helpdesk.receiver)" but I don't seem to find how the client would use the self service page. also wouldn't know how they would navigate to that page whats the URL. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
