Platform Login Error "The action you requested is not allowed"

Hi!

I'm having a problem where all users who try to login to GLPI get the error "The action you requested is not allowed". I first tried to get a clean base and restore the backup on top, which even works for a while, but after 2 days the same problem returns. I already changed the server where the base was located, I changed the GLPI version to the most current one, I checked if I have enough disk space, I gave permission for www-data to access the folder, but nothing I do solves it. One thing I also noticed is that GLPI simply stops working through the URL I configured, allowing it only via localhost, but even accessing it still gives the reported error.

Anyone who has been through or have any ideas?
