Personal token in the user settings

Hello! In the user settings there are "Personal token" and "API token". "API token" is used for API access. What is the "Personal Token" used for? Can I log in to the web interface using it?

I am also very interested in it. I can use both token types interchangeably, but I don't know what the difference is.
