Hi all friends,
This is my case:
My company use email exchange from Microsoft365
I have install glpi as an internal app and not public to Internet.
Because of problem when config mail receiver with Microsoft365. (can't use app password, oauth not compatible because app internal only)
So, i use a gmail account with app password to config mail receiver.
In my company:
I use an email group to receive request support from all user. And 2 IT technician is member of this group.
I also add gmail account(that config in mail receiver) to this group.
But have problem:
When i send email directly to gmail account: New ticket incomming appear.
But when i send email to group mail: New ticket not created. and email in gmail move to important area and not appear in inbox area.
So, my question is: how to create ticket from email send to group (gmail acc is member)

Check mail collector log.
If you force the connector "get emails now" you will se a popup in bottom right corner with some information

I add gmail as a member of it-support group. So above is mail info in gmail

Is " Do Van Thai <thai.dv@abc.com>" inside users of glpi?
If not, you need to enable "anonymous ticket"
