ticket follow up update users_id

hello, I need help with the api_rest used in glpi 10, I am using a javascript script to create a ticket in glpi integrated with the zabbix software, I am having problems changing the actors more precisely, the attribute field, when receiving an error event in zabbix creates a ticket in glpi, but when solving the same it is automatically adding the zabbix user in its users_id and wanted to change it to another in the ticketfollowup request
I've already tried to manually change your users_id, but so it's not possible.
