Adding 9 plugins and then speed problem

Found that after updating from 9.5 to 10.0.6 the loading of pages i going a lot slower.
There are 17 plugins installed in 9.5 (3 from https://plugins.glpi-project.org/ and 14 self mader plugins)

For testing I installed a new instance of glpi 10.0.6.
Added 9 plugins from https://plugins.glpi-project.org/
For example, opening the home page, personal view, is going slower than without the plugins, approx. 2 times slower.
Tested it by comment on/off the line $plugin->init(true, $PLUGINS_EXCLUDED); in inc/includes.php

In glpi 9.5 no problems what so ever.

What is changed in de plugin system in glpi 10 so that loading the personal view slows down? (home/dashboard and other pages)

Installed a new HyperV.
A new virtual machine with windows 2022 and IIS.
PHP 8.2.4 and MariaDB 10.11
Installed a glpi 10.0.6 and took the data of our glpi 9.5
Converted the database and did the migration:... commands.
Now the speed is ok.

EXCEPT for the home page Dashboard and Personal view.
These two pages are very slow.
What can cause this problem?
And this without the patch for the plugin.php mentioned in this post.
