Help: Strange error in incoming mail tickets ! [GLPI #0000286] IT sup
[GLPI #0000286] IT support | New ticket - [GLPI #0000283] IT support | New ticket - [GLPI #0000280] IT support | New ticket - [GLPI #0000278] IT support | New ticket - [GLPI #0000275] IT suppo (...)
The above ticket headers are beeing created on a constant basis, but nothing has happend to the configuration and it always did generate tickets with no problems before....
Any ideas ?

No , just all the new incoming tickets , i think it has something todo with rackspace are exchange hosting provider... it seems that its not taking the tickets properly out of the email gateway.
Ill keep you update if i find out more about it

it refer to several ticket number 275 / 278...
your mailgates receive mail notifications ? If yes I understand.
1 - New creation send a mail
2 - mail is received by the mailgate and create another new ticket : return to 1
