Show address mail has been sent to

Hello

we have setup GLPI with multiple receivers and entities.
Incoming mails are routed with rules to the correct entity, which works ok for most time.
However, every now and then an email doesn't get sorted in the correct entity and gets stuck in the root entity, we haven't figured out why yet.

Now for the question itself, it would really help us out if we somehow could see what the TO address of the incoming mail is, this would help a) for manual sorting it in the right entity and b) for debugging why it didn't get sorted.

I was hoping the tag ##ticket.entity.email## was showing this, but this returns empty.

It would be nice if we somehow could add the TO: address to the ticket (or ticketinfo).

Is this possible in any way?

Thanks.
