No UI graphics

Hi everyone,

My problem is that there is no graphical UI after installation.
On version 9.5.10 during installation there is a graphic but after it is gone, but when I enter debug mode the graphic comes back.

On the latest version I have no graphics even on installation but in debug mode it comes back.

Do you have any advice on how to restore the graphics?

You should try clearing the cache in your browser.
Debug mode bypasses the cache.

I cleaned the entire browser and still the same thing.
