Hope this message finds you well. I am currently using the GLPI Forms Creator plugin to create public forms for ticket creation. However, I am facing an issue with user association.
When a user submits a form with their data, and if the email address used is the same as the one already present in the database, the user is not associated with the ticket. Consequently, the user cannot see the ticket on his dashboard.
In the case of e-mail, this problem does not occur, because if the requesting address appears in the user base, it associates it with that user and, subsequently, presents it in the user's panel.
Is there any way around this? For example via business rule or the like?
Any guidance or information on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.
