Hello everyone I need help with the Templates in GLPI, right now I have succesfully implemented GLPI on my company for testing, however, we would like to change the default templates for the email notification system, I do kind of understand how the templates and notification system works, I understand that you have a specific syntrax for each notification and for each data field like for example the syntax for the ticket tittles would be ##lang.ticket.title##
What I am having touble with its differentiating between each of the events that trigger each notification.
I believe that by default they're are located in a FOR loop, and I would like to have a specific template for each ticket event, "new ticket", "ticket assigned" "closed ticket" and so on.
Can you guys help me identifiy how I can set specific templates for each specific event? and not all of em in a FOR loop.
