Disble the automatic quotation removement?

Hello and thanks for your work on GLPI, its a great product so far

I need to disable the whole quotation removement on tickets because it is impossible to teach all of our end users to remove the outlook response haeder above the =_=_ line.

All of our tickets looking messy due to the outlook response header problem but much more problematic is that the users getting totally confused by the AddFollowup-Mails with all that separations and dividing lines.

So it would be nice, if there would be an option to turn off the whole removement of quotes and the insertion of the "=_=above=_=" and "=_=below=_=" lines.

I understand that GLPI will handle and store all the qoutes multiple times then but this would be OK for us and our database capacity (and that is the way other ticketsystems, like i.e. OTRS, works, more like an usual mail-client).

Maybe i overseen to diable this, so please point me in the direction. Otherwise, can you implement this?

(this should be editable to adjust for other languages, and no, altering the GLPIs php-files manually is not an solution with having GLPI-Updates in mind )
